Who we are

Local, Experienced, Accountable

Lads HVAC is a family-owned company led by Matthew, who brings more than 40 years in the trade, alongside his sons Tyler, Maverick and Gunnar. Every job gets held to the same standard, and we treat your home with the same care we'd want in ours.

AC Repair and Installation

AC repair, new AC installation and replacement, heat pump service, refrigerant leak detection, and thermostat installation. We diagnose it right the first time and walk you through your options honestly.

Heating and Furnace Repair

Furnace repair and installation, heat pump heating, safety inspections, and carbon monoxide checks. We'll keep your family warm and safe all winter long.

New System Installation

We'll help you find the system that fits your home and your budget, not the most expensive one on the truck. Flexible financing available.

Maintenance and Tune-Ups

Seasonal tune-ups that catch small problems before they become big repair bills. Join the Comfort Club and we come out once a year to do everything your system needs, plus 10% off repairs.

The Lads promise

Why Homeowners Call Lads

Straight Talk

You'll know what's wrong and what it costs before we start. No surprises, no pressure.

On Time, Every Time

A real arrival window, and we stick to it.

Locally Owned and Accountable

No corporate office and no outside investors. We live and work right here in Lake Norman.

Licensed and Insured

Plus financing and maintenance plans to keep comfort affordable.

Why our prices stay fair

No Investors. No Quotas. Just Fair Prices.

Across the country, private equity firms have been buying up local HVAC companies. Those investors expect a return every quarter, and homeowners pay for it in higher prices and pushier sales. Lads is locally owned and independent. We answer to our customers, not shareholders, and with no corporate overhead or sales quotas, we can keep our prices competitive.
